Together, Nicolette Lazarus (Founder of Womanship) and Nerys Williams (Burnout Specialist, Savour Coaching) are there to support you. With a PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Nerys takes a biology-led look at burnout: how things like gut health, hormones, iron, thyroid, and key nutrients quietly shape your energy, mood, and ability to recover.
