The Missing Link in Burnout Recovery

You’ve slowed down. You’re resting more. You’re taking care of yourself. And yet… the fatigue is still there.

Maybe you feel:

  • constantly low on energy

  • mentally foggy or overwhelmed

  • stuck in your recovery

  • frustrated because nothing really seems to change

This workshop is for you if you feel like you’re doing the work, but your body isn’t catching up.

What we’ll explore

Burnout is often approached from a mental and emotional perspective.
But recovery is not only about rest or stress management.

Your energy depends on a connected system in your body:

  • Biology → Do you have the nutrients and balance your body needs?

  • Gut health → Can your body absorb and use what you take in?

  • Nervous system → Is your body in a state where it can actually repair and restore?

We will explore how these layers work together, and why fatigue can persist when one of them is overlooked.
