What we’ll explore
Burnout is often approached from a mental and emotional perspective.
But recovery is not only about rest or stress management.
Your energy depends on a connected system in your body:
Biology → Do you have the nutrients and balance your body needs?
Gut health → Can your body absorb and use what you take in?
Nervous system → Is your body in a state where it can actually repair and restore?
We will explore how these layers work together, and why fatigue can persist when one of them is overlooked.
