Answers rarely arrive in a single conversation — real change unfolds over time. This package gives you a guided arc, we:
map what may be going on, prepare you for your GP
make sense of what comes back
and turn it into a phased plan you can actually follow.
It's ideal if you want a clear path from "something feels off" to confident, practical next steps, without committing to longer-term support before you're ready.

What we do together
Map your symptoms, health history, and what you’ve already tried
Identify possible biological contributors to your fatigue
Translate your experience into clear, medical-language insights
Prepare you for a focused, confident conversation with your GP
Discuss the results and any guidance from your GP
Establish your long-term health goal and set up some small achievable goals together
Create a phased recovery plan for you to follow
After the sessions, you receive
A clear one-page symptom summary
Suggested blood tests to discuss with your GP
Guidance on private testing if appropriate
An understanding of your long-term health goal, created together with your coach
Nutrition and lifestyle guidance and some small goals to kick-start your journey.
Common topics we may explore include:
iron deficiency
hormonal changes (including perimenopause)
thyroid-related issues
nutrition and absorption concerns
This is not diagnosis or treatment, but careful mapping and preparation.
