1 Session

Why this session?

If you’re exhausted or burned out — even after rest or therapy — it’s easy to be told “it’s just stress”.
But many biological factors share overlapping symptoms with burnout and are often missed.

This session is designed to create clarity around what may be happening in your body, and to help you prepare for informed next steps within healthcare.

Ideal if you suspect more than “just lifestyle” may be going on — and want clarity before your next GP conversation.

  • What we do together

    • Map your symptoms, health history, and what you’ve already tried

    • Identify possible biological contributors to your fatigue

    • Translate your experience into clear, medical-language insights

    • Prepare you for a focused, confident conversation with your GP

    After the session, you receive

    • A clear one-page symptom summary

    • Suggested blood tests to discuss with your GP

    • Guidance on private testing if appropriate

    Common topics we may explore include:

    • iron deficiency

    • hormonal changes (including perimenopause)

    • thyroid-related issues

    • nutrition and absorption concerns

    This is not diagnosis or treatment, but careful mapping and preparation.

      Deepen the initial mapping of your symptoms, lifestyle, and health history.

    2. Explore biological drivers

      • Identify likely contributors to your fatigue

      • Discuss the test results (e.g. via your GP or private testing)

      • Refine ideas on what may be going with your body as new information emerges

    3. Build a realistic recovery roadmap

      • Personalised nutrition guidance based on your energy levels

      • Lifestyle adjustments that fit real life (especially busy family life)

      • Simple systems so changes don’t rely on willpower

    4. Early implementation & adjustment

      • Review what’s helping and what isn’t

      • Adjust recommendations as your body responds

    Sessions can be spaced out to allow time for tests, GP visits, reflection, and gradual change.
