    • Map your fatigue in the context of your current lifestyle and life stage

    • Identify key patterns or red flags that may need further exploration

    • Clarify what is most important to address first

    • Sense-check whether further support or testing might be helpful

    We don’t try to cover everything — we focus on what will make the biggest difference right now.

    Across four sessions, we follow the full coaching framework, while taking into consideration the pillars of health (food, sleep, movement and stress):

    1. Slow down & take stock
      Deepen the initial mapping of your symptoms, lifestyle, and health history.

    2. Explore biological drivers

      • Identify likely contributors to your fatigue

      • Discuss and interpret test results (e.g. via your GP or private testing)

      • Refine hypotheses as new information emerges

    3. Build a realistic recovery roadmap

      • Personalised nutrition guidance based on your energy levels

      • Lifestyle adjustments that fit real life (especially busy family life)

      • Simple systems so changes don’t rely on willpower

    4. Early implementation & adjustment

      • Review what’s helping and what isn’t

      • Adjust recommendations as your body responds

    Sessions can be spaced out to allow time for tests, reflection, and gradual change.

Because knowing what to do is one thing. Doing it consistently, when you’re tired and life keeps happening, is another.

Ideal if you want to understand your root cause and embed long-term food and lifestyle change in your life.

    This package includes everything from the earlier stages — plus time and support for integration:

    • Ongoing exploration of biological, hormonal, and lifestyle contributors

    • ‘Find your Why?’ & ‘Create your Avatar’ Session: understand the emotional drivers that will motivate you to implement new lifestyle habits and your vision of how what health looks like in your life e.g. desire to be more energetic with your family and aim to be a more active parent.

    • Iterative nutrition and lifestyle guidance as your energy and capacity change

    • Co-created systems that support habits without perfection

    • Defining your support network and how others can realistically help

    • A central place for notes, plans, recipes, and reflections

    • Light-touch WhatsApp support for brief questions between sessions

    Most importantly, I stay alongside you — reviewing progress, adjusting the plan, and supporting you through setbacks, stress, or changing circumstances.
